Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items purchased from our online store must meet the following criteria:

  1. Item Condition: Items must be in their original, brand-new condition. Packaging and accessories must be intact, and the item should not show signs of use.

  2. Return Window: Items must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  3. Damage Reporting: Any damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

 

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipments to ensure proper handling during the return process.

 

Original Packaging:

Items that come in boxes or packaging from the manufacturer must be returned in their original box or packaging. If items are returned without the original box or packaging, only a 50% refund will be issued.

 

Broken Items:

To prevent breakage during return shipping, please ensure that returned items are packed with care. There should be sufficient packaging material in the box you receive from us to be used for return shipping. In the event that a returned item arrives broken, we can only issue a partial refund of 50% of the broken item's value.

 

International Returns:

International returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account various factors such as shipping costs and customs fees.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth resolution.

 

Returns Procedure:

Exchanges:

Refund Processing:

Most refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds for damaged items may be issued as store credit. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the funds.

 

Returned to Sender:

In the event your package is returned to sender due to an invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage for both the initial shipment and the reshipment. If your package was returned to sender, please contact support to process a re-shipment via phone or email.
